Coach & Minibus Hire in Edinburgh
Private coach and minibus hire in Edinburgh with a professional driver. We handle airport transfers, Festival and conference shuttles, wedding guest transport and day tours north into the Highlands — with pickup points chosen to work around the Old Town's narrow streets and event road closures.
Group travel for 16 to 5,000 passengers. Multiple coaches can be arranged for larger groups. All hire includes a professional driver — we do not offer self-drive.

Edinburgh Airport transfers
Group arrivals and departures at Edinburgh Airport, with flight numbers on the enquiry so the driver can adjust to delays.

Edinburgh coach hire — frequently asked questions
- Where can a coach pick up in Edinburgh city centre?
- We use designated coach stances and agreed nearby streets rather than the Royal Mile itself, and confirm the exact spot with you in advance — especially during the Festival when closures change week to week.
- Can you run wedding guest shuttles late at night?
- Yes. Multiple return runs from a venue back to city hotels are common and are quoted as part of the booking.
- Is a Highlands day trip realistic from Edinburgh?
- Loch Ness and back is a long day but achievable; Stirling, St Andrews or the Borders make for a more relaxed one. We will be honest about what fits before you book.
- Do you provide the driver?
- Yes, every booking includes a professional, licensed driver. We do not offer self-drive hire.
