Our drivers are an important part of every Sky Coaches journey. Drivers are allocated according to the vehicle, route, journey duration and operational requirements.
Journey planning
Routes and schedules are reviewed with traffic conditions, planned stops, required breaks and applicable drivers’ hours requirements in mind.
Pre-journey checks
Drivers complete required vehicle checks before operation and report defects or concerns through the company’s operational process.
Professional passenger service
We expect drivers to communicate clearly, treat passengers respectfully and provide reasonable assistance where safe and appropriate.
Long-distance journeys
Longer journeys may require additional drivers, overnight arrangements or driver changes. These arrangements are confirmed during journey planning.
