Heathrow Airport coach & minibus transfers
Group coach and minibus transfers to and from all Heathrow terminals, with a driver who meets your group and handles the luggage.
Where we collect and drop off
- All terminals: 2, 3, 4 and 5, using the designated coach and minibus stands
- Terminal 5 and Terminal 2 short-stay coach bays for meet-and-greet arrivals
- Door-to-door collection anywhere in London, the Thames Valley and the Home Counties
- Onward transfers to central London hotels, universities and conference venues
Worth knowing before you book
- Heathrow charges vehicles to enter forecourts and car parks — this is included in your quote, never added afterwards
- For arrivals we recommend allowing 45 minutes after landing for baggage reclaim and border control on long-haul flights
- Groups of 40+ are usually cheaper in one touring coach than in several minibuses
Heathrow transfers — frequently asked questions
- Do you monitor flights for Heathrow transfers?
- Yes. Give us your flight number in the enquiry and we track the arrival time, so your driver adjusts to early landings and delays rather than leaving you waiting or charging for time you did not use.
- How much luggage can the group bring?
- Our touring coaches carry a full suitcase and hand luggage per passenger in an underfloor hold. Executive minibuses and Sprinters carry hand luggage plus a smaller number of cases. Tell us the luggage count in your enquiry and we allocate a vehicle that fits it.
- Can you collect very early in the morning or late at night?
- Yes. Airport work is around the clock, and we regularly run 03:00 departures and post-midnight arrivals. There is no separate out-of-hours surcharge — the quoted price is the price.
- Is it one vehicle or several?
- Whatever suits the group. We run 16 and 19 seater minibuses, midi coaches and 49 to 57 seat touring coaches, and can send more than one vehicle for larger parties travelling together.
